Have downloaded one photo and printed it. Never again. The quality is amazingly bad. Have bought and downloaded pictures for less than half the price and ten times better quality. VERY disappointing!!!!!

Superb service and system. Lovely photos, illustration from both exclusive and essentials. Have used them for several years both as customer and as contributor.

They sell your works for pennies and you only get 15-20% of it.

I deposited money to buy credits, and they didn't give me credits for exchange. Later I deposited money again, which worked well, but they didn't provide me with the invoice after purchase nor any license agreement or recipients. Avoid if possible. Terrible experience and customer support.

I have now put masses of orders from this platform, and his verbal exchange has been very speedy. And you can employ this tremendous and wonderful service as well.

No.1 useless and most unprofessional organization in India. The management must be the most uncivilized people who have started this business

This service is a usecase in being sneaky. A big portion of the photos cost 3x as much and the monthly option is really yearly where they break the $840 payment into a 12 months inorder to trick you. It is not a monthly subscription though. Oh wait ! There is an option but they try their best to force you to sub to a year. Dishonorable.

1st the categorization of images are extremely poor, 2nd most of their images are corrupt. Many of using the files for presentation mode where the eps file needs to be transformed into EMF but the files are so corrupt that no one is able to convert to EMF.
I had written to them asking for a cleaner copy however waited nearly 20 days with no reply even after reminder. The worst customer service is where you at least acknowledge the problem without any resolution. These people are take the cake for being beyond worst in their customer service. I didnt renew my subscription and promptly took my business elsewhere.

My sister paid for an image using her phone. She wanted to download it onto her computer so she opened the email on her laptop. She downloaded the file, it was a zip file. When she went to open it, it tried to release a virus! Thankfully her laptop security (McAfee) caught it right away! Who knows what would of happened! The file then disappeared. This is unacceptable! There needs to be an online company to oversee all websites. So criminal charges can start being placed on online criminals! Shame on you iStock.

If only there was 0 stars, It's so bad I would even remove the greyed out stars.
If i pay for something, there shouldn't be a time limit to use it. I mean why the hell would there be a time limit on photos? Why do I have to rush to download the photos?!
Get rid of this stupid time limit. Just let people buy their stocks and simply allow them to use it WHENEVER THEY WANT!
Stupid scammers took $100 from me and I only downloaded a couple of photos.
It's the dummest most greediest stock photo site i have ever seen.
Never using is again! And I'm definitely telling all my website clients to turn away from this garbage. Gladly I have many so the word can get passed around rather quickly :)
